DesignTomorrow is an architecture and design practice with offices in Dubai and London. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you apply for a position through our careers portal.

When you submit an application, we collect:

  • Personal details: name, email, phone number, nationality, and current location
  • Professional information: current role, years of experience, portfolio and LinkedIn URLs
  • Visa and work authorisation status
  • Salary expectations
  • Software proficiency levels (for design roles)
  • Uploaded documents: CV, portfolio, and cover letter
  • How you heard about the position

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for recruitment purposes:

  • To evaluate your suitability for the role you applied for
  • To contact you regarding your application status
  • To consider you for future opportunities (with your consent)

Data Retention

With your consent, we retain application data for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting us.

Data Sharing

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. Access is restricted to authorised members of the DesignTomorrow recruitment team. Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
