Senior Urban Designer

We are seeking a Senior Urban Designer with 5+ years of professional experience in urban design to join our growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the studio's early growth, contributing to the development of ambitious projects across a range of scales and typologies, from visioning and concept design through to detailed masterplan and design development.

• Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Urban Design, Urbanism, Architecture, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in urban design
• Demonstrated experience working on complex mixed-use, strategic, and regional-scale masterplan projects
• Excellent graphic, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of urban design principles, mobility, land use, and public realm design
• Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (GIS knowledge is advantageous)
• Experience producing high-quality presentations, reports, and competition submissions
• Experience working on international projects and within multidisciplinary teams is beneficial

• Provide strong design leadership and strategic thinking across urban scales
• Lead and coordinate project packages, consultant teams, and client interfaces
• Apply strong conceptual, narrative, and placemaking abilities to project work.
